Patrick Barnes
Founded over 15 years ago by visionary entrepreneur Patrick Barnes, AFAS4restore has established itself as a trusted name in residential and commercial construction. As Founder and CEO, Mr. Barnes brings a strong educational foundation—a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne—alongside extensive industry experience and licensing as a General Contractor in the state of California.

With a proven track record in project management and construction, Mr. Barnes has worked with renowned real estate organizations including Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, and Century 21, earning a reputation for reliability and excellence. He serves as a Client Services Facilitator and Quality Control Leader, ensuring every project adheres to the highest standards.

Guy Fortt
With over 12 years of experience in real estate investment and construction management, I bring a deep and practical understanding of the built environment—from the ground up. My expertise spans masonry contracting, homebuilding, and upscale multi-home construction, with a strong focus on transforming land use and increasing property value. I am known for delivering high-quality results while building strong, lasting client relationships.

My career includes a distinguished 27-year tenure with the Greenwich Fire Department in Greenwich, CT, where I ensured buildings met fire safety and code requirements. I successfully responded to high-risk situations, including a major high-rise fire where all occupants were safely rescued. I also conducted rigorous inspections, maintained alarm systems, and handled complex public safety concerns with professionalism.

In addition, I’ve held a key role at American Venture Capital Group (Woodbury Apartments) in Kansas City, where I supported project management teams with strategies to reduce costs and optimize resources. I was also responsible for property valuations, market analysis, and developer assessments—providing critical insight into investment performance and viability.
Throughout my journey, I’ve demonstrated a consistent ability to resolve customer inquiries with care and efficiency, leading to elevated satisfaction and trust in both public safety and private sector roles.
Ronald A.J. Fortt Sr.
Ron Fortt is a dynamic business leader with over 30 years of success in real estate, automotive retail, software innovation, and leadership development. A native of Manhattan, Ron began his career in sales before transitioning into real estate, where he became a licensed broker and owner of a Red Carpet Realty franchise in Denver.
In the automotive sector, Ron was handpicked by Toyota to launch a new dealership in Tracy, CA, where he partnered with NFL legends Ronnie Lott and Keena Turner. Under his leadership, the dealership outperformed expectations, earning Toyota’s prestigious President’s Award and exceeding market share goals by more than 200%.
Ron’s entrepreneurial ventures continued with the co-founding of CallCommand, a software and data marketing company developed alongside MC Hammer, which went on to serve over 4,000 automotive dealerships nationwide. He also founded Forttified Training, helping dealerships across the U.S. build high-performance business development centers.
Currently the General Manager of Valley Lexus in Modesto, Ron has doubled sales volume and significantly increased CSI, reaffirming his ability to turn businesses into market leaders. He is also a certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, committed to developing people and processes that deliver excellence.
Now expanding into home and commercial property restoration, Ron brings his unmatched operational discipline, service excellence, and leadership to property owners in need of expert recovery and revitalization. John Preston Scott II
John Scott is an accomplished entrepreneur with a dynamic career spanning over 35 years across multiple industries. His expertise as a visionary leader includes optimizing workflow profitability, building and mentoring high-performing teams, and excelling in all facets of operations management.
Throughout his career, Mr. Scott has owned and operated successful businesses, including an Automotive Service Center, a Fine Arts and Sports License Company, an Executive Recruiting Agency, and an Executive Transportation Service. His diverse experience highlights his adaptability, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to excellence in every venture he undertakes.
Mr. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Grambling State University and a Master of Arts in Procurement and Acquisition Management from Webster University’s George Herbert Walker School of Business and Technology.

Gwendolyn Rollins-Brown
As a professional, Gwen Brown aggressively excelled as an executive leader. Among her many accomplishments, she has functioned as Owner and Managing Partner of Cephas Consulting Group, Pastor of Administration and Finance at the Faithful Central Bible Church, Chief Financial Officer of Forum Enterprises in Inglewood, California; Chairperson of the Inglewood City Planning Commission, Senior Vice President of Grubb and Ellis Commercial Realtors and Vice President of Bank of America’s Los Angeles Real Estate Mortgage Division.

Cumulatively, Gwen has over 40 years of corporate real estate, administrative and financial management experience with numerous awards of recognition for outstanding service. She has gained recognition among her peers and industry leaders as a quintessential negotiator, strategizing and ensuring the future of her employers and clients. Under the tutelage of John C. Cushman III, President and CEO of Cushman Realty Corporation, Gwen her license and business savvy. As Faithful Central’s Pastor of Administration and Finance led the team in acquiring over $45,000,000 in assets including the acquisition of the Great Western Forum and construction of a seven-tier parking structure.

Both non-profit and for-profit clients have benefited from Gwen’s expertise. She has assisted numerous faith-based organizations in achieving their relocation and development goals.
Gwen Brown is not only a gifted executive, but equally dynamic as a teacher and administrator. She has taught at the college level and has served as a consultant to business professionals in the areas of finance and administration. She is a prolific conference speaker presenting at retreats and seminars.
Retiring in 2018, Gwen relocated to Arizona and returned to work after the pandemic in 2021. She received her Arizona State Insurance License in early 2022 and is employed as a Benefit Advisor for Willis Towers Watson. She also consults several Churches across the country in the area of financial and operations management
Jorge Lagos
A seasoned Computer Science Engineer deeply immersed in the dynamic world of technology, with 16 years of comprehensive experience in the telecommunications industry. My background encompasses crucial areas such as Network Planning Engineering, Network Monitoring Center operations, and Core Engineering, providing a robust understanding of network infrastructure from the ground up. I possess in-depth knowledge of Hybrid Fiber Cable (HFC) technology, coupled with strong skills in server administration. As a dedicated Linux enthusiast, I'm passionate about leveraging open-source solutions and my broad technical acumen to architect and implement cutting-edge solutions that drive innovation and efficiency.
